JPC Construction is a family-owned custom builder that adds a personalized touch to every project. John Carr a local to the Conway Chain of Lakes, FL area started JPC Construction in 2006 when he wanted to fulfill his dream of having his own construction company building/renovating his clients' dream homes. Valuing the client's wants and wishes JPC Construction adds that personalized touch in every aspect. With a growing team set out to fulfill all dreams, JPC Construction is that family-owned home builder you have been looking for. JPC Construction's home projects can be found from Conway to Winter Park and everywhere in between.
JPC Constructions' first custom home broke ground in the summer of 2008 for the Mayor of Belle Isle. The next year we broke ground on the Partin home (their family goes back over 100 years on this property). Another big project was the “Made In America Home” on Lake Conway. This project was being built during a slow period of construction and the homeowner and I wanted to build using only materials made in America. JPC Construction has gone on to build at least 1 custom home a year on Lake Conway since 2008. No other single builder has built more custom lakefront homes on Lake Conway since 2008 than JPC Construction.
