John Carr

John Carr has been a Certified Building Contractor in the State of Florida since  2006. John first started his career in construction in  2003 working for Cumbus Constructing. This is where his foundation was developed, from learning how to manage a project to diving in and swinging a hammer. In May of 2006, he started the process of getting his CBC license. Once he had his CBC license and set up the company he was ready to start building.

Juan C. Martinez

Juan is a Navy Veteran, with over 19 years in the service. Ten of those years he took various supervisory and management roles throughout his military career. Landing him with a passion for construction once he finished his time with the Navy. 

Nicole Schlottfeldt

Nicole graduated from the University of Central Florida with an Engineering Degree. She has over 10 years of management experience in various construction aspects.
